Printable Birthday Card (A2)

About this freebie

This free download features a printable A2 birthday card measuring 4.25 x 5.5 inches when folded. The design uses a bright palette of white, cherry, teal, sunshine, grape, and ink. Inside the 1.3 MB ZIP file, you will find a 2 page PDF ready to print at 300 dpi, plus the same pages as image files. You can use these files for personal projects, as well as for physical cards you sell or give away.

Ideas for using it

1. Print the card on heavy cardstock and pair it with a matching envelope for a quick birthday greeting.
2. Cut out the front panel of the card and use it as a large journaling card on a traditional scrapbook layout.
3. Add physical embellishments like buttons, ribbons, or glitter to the printed card to create fun hybrid cards and tags.

How to use it

• Open the 2 page PDF in your preferred reader and print at actual size to ensure the final card measures exactly 4.25 x 5.5 inches.
• For the best results, use heavy white cardstock so the cherry, teal, sunshine, and grape colors print vibrantly.
• Score the center line of the card with a bone folder before folding to prevent the paper from cracking.
• If you prefer to use the image files instead of the PDF, insert them into a text document before printing.
• Print at 100 percent (actual size) so the cards keep their size.
• Matte cardstock gives the best result for cards and tags; do a test print on plain paper first.
