Forest Camping Papers

About this freebie

Get ready to document your outdoor adventures with the Forest Camping Papers. This free paper pack includes 8 digital papers in a rustic color palette of birch, moss, pine, rust, lake, and charcoal. You will find patterns featuring trees, buffalo check, tartan, and leaves, along with kraft and graph paper designs. The set also includes solid moss and solid pine backgrounds. These 12 x 12 inch JPG files are perfect for your summer hiking trips, family camping weekends, and nature walks.

Ideas for using it

1. Create a rustic title page for your vacation album using the buffalo check or tartan pattern as a bold background for your photos.
2. Use the graph paper to journal about a family camping trip. Add your text directly over the grid lines for a neat notebook look.
3. Cut the solid moss and solid pine papers into digital strips or banners to frame pictures from a long hike in the woods.
4. Blend the trees or leaves patterns behind a large focal photo to highlight the natural setting of your outdoor weekend getaway.

How to use it

• The download is a ZIP file of about 9.6 MB. You need to extract the folder first to access the 8 JPG files inside.
• These files are 3600 x 3600 pixels at 300 dpi. This resolution ensures they stay sharp if you print them at 12 x 12 inches.
• You can use these files for personal projects, and you can also use them to make cards or layouts that you sell or give away.
• If you want to print your layouts on standard paper, read our guide on page sizes and printing to adjust your document settings.
• Use the papers as page backgrounds, or cut blocks and strips by clipping them to shapes.
• The papers are 3600 x 3600 pixels, so they can be scaled down for 8 x 8 inch albums without losing quality.
